Nearly Autumn

September update

So we are well into September and Autumn and winter seem very close all of a sudden. We have had a busy Summer, and guess staycations have helped us a little.

More and more customers are dining with us, and discovering what great value we offer and amazing fish and chips too.

We hope to see more and more of you, and if you’re a kings app customer you get 15% off the entire bill…

As with the rest of the UK hospitality industry, we are struggling with staff and if anyone is interested in working for Kings at either site please get In touch for part time or full time positions,take-away/restaurant experience is preferred though full training is given for the right candidates.

Fish and potatoes are still very expensive, but we believe we are still the best value for money in the York area, and hope to keep the prices the same for we can..

York Eats

We have joined York Eats, a new independent delivery company for the york area.. due to launch very soon, with cheaper fees than Just Eat,Deliveroo and Uber eats..so you will save a few ££ and eat great value fish and chips delivered to your home..

We hope all our customers have had a pleasant summer though different from other years for all of us, we open until 8:30pm every day so those that are starting Christmas shopping we are here for that late supper craving..

Ohh and don’t forget those in-house made puddings …
